The file docs/reading.html, availble in the latest Axis download, contains 
references to documents that are not also described at the Axis web site.
The file ref.html, from the web site, needs to be updated to include the links 
in reading.html ... or better yet ... combine those two files into one and make 
it available in both the download and the web site.
