insert element - but which one?

Is ther any way to get info about what elements can be inserted into
document after XXX?
Ex:
<!ELEMENT AAA (XXX,(YYY?,ZZZ*)*,QQQ,RRR+)>

We know that after XXX there can be YYY or ZZZ or even QQQ but not RRR.
My question is how to get this info inside my program?

Easest way - how to realize functions like theese:
<some vector> getElementsThatCanBeInsertedAfter("XXX");

I know there is functioin GetFormatedContentModel() but... i dont' really
want to parse these string
by my side.

If someone could help me, I would be pleased.
