Thorsten Schöning resolved LOGCXX-497.

    Resolution: Fixed

I've changed most of the hard coded links to be HTTPS in "master" and backported those changes for the download page to "latest_stable". Additionally, the call to GPG is fixed and most of the newer contents from "master" regarding that are present in "latest_stable" now as well.
