debug area "config:" vs. "conf:"

Looking at the list of debug areas (facilities) in t/debug.t,
is it intentional that M::S::Message/Metadata/Received.pm
uses "conf:" and all other modules use "config:" in calls to dbg?
Should I change it to "config:" ?
