Resource Protocol

	Sorry to bug.  I am having a serious problem accessing URLs that use the
"resource" protocol.  In particular, some of the demo XSP pages try to
access resource URLs directly (calling new
URL( "resource:..." ).openConnection() basically), but I can do not have a
resource protocol handler registed with my VM.  How is that meant to be
handled?
