HEADSUP: latest 1.4 commit will require changes to your custom publications

hi everyone!


before 1.4 goes into feature freeze any day now, i have managed to sneak 
in some cleanup work regarding the publication configurations.

the publication.xconf file format has changed. hence, you will need to 
tweak your custom publications a little bit. just build the trunk and 
read the README on the welcome page for details.

if you have used the publication.xml file in the past: it's now gone, 
which gets rid of another ad-hoc and under-specified xml mystery in 
lenya :) part of its content has been moved to config/publication.xconf.

if you need to convey important information to your users before they 
log in, check out the new readme.xml in the root directory of the 
default publication. it's a plain lenya cms page wrapped in <page:page/>.

sorry for the hassle, but i think the improved clarity is worth it, plus 
we got rid of a lot of cruft in the global sitemaps.

if you run into problems due to this commit, holler and i'll try to help 
  out.
