Struts 1.0.2 and Weblogic 6.1 SP2 - startup loops through mappings

Hi,

Has anyone experience Weblogic looping through the struts configuration
(i.e. mappings, etc.) on startup? I've had to shutdown and restart Weblogic
several times before it started up my struts app correctly, that is, it
loaded the config once instead of looping.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
