Modeler "-ext" submodules were originally created to split platform-specific dependencies between assemblies. We no longer have platform-specific jar (I guess "jgoodies-looks" is kinda one of them?). So we can simplify our setup and combine platform-specific  UI configurators in a the main "cayenne-modeler" module.

h2. Benefits
* fewer modules, less confusion
* native Modeler would start from a generic jar (or from an IDE)

The legacy behavior can be emulated using {{-Dos.name=os_to_fake}}
