On certain build systems (GH actions/Linux and, less commonly,  ASF Jenkins),
the jena-fuseki-webapp Test Admin suite fails in add_delete_dataset_6 fails (transactions active), or compact_01 404) if the target databases is the same.

Tracing the tests shows them overlapping.

Use separate database areas.
