Direct printing from FOP servlet

Hi 2 all,

Is there anybody out there who has modified the fop servlet so that it will
print the rendered pdf file directly to a printer. The name of the printer
should be a parameter passed to FOP.

There is the FopPrintServlet which prints to a printer on the server.
Print parameters are basicall hard coded, you'll have to add code
setting them from the request parameters by yourself.
