docs: align the alerting design API list with the controllers

The API list in docs/studio-native-alerting-design.md was written before
the implementation: it claims GET/POST/PUT on the two rule collections,
{id} path variables on test and acknowledge, status/severity/page filters
on the system-alert list, and an /api/alert-metric-catalog endpoint. The
controllers map none of that - rules are read from the collection or its
/page and mutated with POST actions carrying the payload in the body,
system alerts filter on level/domain/instanceId/transition with paging on
/page, acknowledge takes the id in the body, and the metric catalog is
/api/native-alert-metrics with two required parameters.

The same section names the rule service AlertRuleService; the class is
AlertService, in the prose and in the component tree. Documentation only,
no code change.
