   ### What's changed
   
   - Adds `LogQuerySqlBuilder` in `ozhera-log/log-manager`, which builds the Doris log query / statistics SQL with `PreparedStatement` bind parameters.
   - Sort key, tail and index identifiers used in SQL are validated against an allow-list.
   - `EsDataServiceImpl` now builds its queries through the builder instead of assembling SQL text by concatenation.
   - Adds unit tests in `LogQuerySqlBuilderTest`.
   
   ### Notes
   
   - No behavior change for valid inputs; invalid sort/tail/index values are rejected.
   - No public API changes.
