How to generate html using maven?

Hi,

I'm new with Maven. Anyone knows how to generate a html page using Maven 
??? Can it be done by editing any of it's XML files???

One more question: Is Maven capable of uploading files and at the same 
time generate a report for the files uploaded? Thanks.
