Graduation!

Hi all,

I'm glad to announce that the Apache board has just accepted our graduation
proposal and we're now officially a Top Level Project. Now we have an awful
lot of things to do to actually exit the incubator, like moving our SVN
repository, the mailing lists, our site, ... and drink a few beers on the
way to congratulate ourselves.

Henri Yandell has volunteered (thanks Henri) to help us in this process, so
if there's a problem, feel free to annoy me and I'll get to annoy him :)
I'll keep you posted about the details, it could take a little while as the
infra is currently under the water due to migration and server failures.

The bottom line is: congratulations!

I'll buy Henri beers as necessary; he lives about a mile from me here
in Seattle...

Congratulation, and for the record, I just act in the best interest of the 
Incubator; Graduating, Kicking out and putting to sleep the many projects 
there. ODE seemed like a ripe fruit who needed a little bit pushing.

Well done!!!

The Incubator folks is just now discussing the Graduation Guide as well 
as "Life after Incubator" guide, which will help a lot on what and how to ask 
infrastructure@ to do.

Actually that's a good opportunity to thank you, Niclas and Paul. You've
been a tremendous help during all our incubation and we can't thank you
enough for that. So if you happen to pass by San Francisco, just drop me a
line and you'll have a taste of those congratulation beers first hand!
