httpd.exp and missing symbols ...

So, I can remove httpd.exp from the tree, once someone helps me out
with the following.
buildexports.sh/.awk is failing to include any symbols declared
AP_DECLARE_DATA or APR_DECLARE_DATA

Would the gurus who wrote these two like to step in? :)
