ShoppingCartServices.loadCartFromOrder OrderAttributes and OrderItemAttribute

org.ofbiz.order.shoppingcart.ShoppingCartServices.loadCartFromOrder(DispatchContext,
Map)

I think loadCartFromOrder needs to be modified to include the getting of
OrderAttribute and OrderItemAttribute information. If this is required
and not taken care of by another method. Then I will try to follow the
instractions on
http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Contributors+Best+Practices
