CloudStack "distros"

Hi all, was curious to know if there are other flavors of CloudStack
besides CloudPlatform.

Anybody have some insight in that space?

Thanks.

So naturally there is Citrix - and they produce a product based on
CloudStack. CloudSand - produces a VMware-feature-forward distribution
of CloudStack. I understand Trend Micro is doing something similar to
Citrix's offering, and there are a few others fwiu.

Interesting, and thanks for the replies. I had not heard of CloudSand, so
thanks for bringing it up.

My understanding of future of CPP was the same as Todd's. Post ACS 4.2 release, it will be the same code base -just a different name and support.

I manage a flavor of CloudStack called CloudSand, but its only to bring most needed features from dev branch into a stable release - with ability to upgrade to next stable ACS release that has these features. So its not a completely new spin, just something to help with CloudStack adoption process.
