CXF 2.1 CodeGenPlugin is missing Java2Wsdl

Ooo..  forgot about that one on the migration guide.   I'll add that:

Basically, the java2wsdl tool is gone (too restrictive) and replaced with 
a java2ws tool that can do alot of other things.    There is a 
completely new plugin:
cxf-java2ws-plugin:java2ws
that can be used to accomplish it.  See:
http://cwiki.apache.org/CXF20DOC/maven-integration-and-plugin.html 
(which also needs some updating)
