Remove GAE support in 3.x?

Hi,

we still have GAE support in MyFaces Core and i'm really unsure if it was
ever used.
I would like to get rid of it in trunk, which targets 3.0.
WDYT?

I don't know the history behind the inclusion of GAE support - but I'm not
familiar with any current users.  I'd consider removing that support out of
core (and potentially into some extension) an improvement.

also note:
i think we can still add GAE support (if someone really needs it!) to a own
extension, which just overwrites/enhances some SPI of MyFaces.
Thats similar to what i did for quarkus (
https://github.com/tandraschko/quarkus-myfaces). I'm also not sure where to
host it.
