1.Create a database
2.To create a table there are 4 steps involved in it
3.In step 1 select the required fields
4.In step 2 set the types and formats
5.In step 3 we can choose more than one primary key
6.Then create a table
But in design view there is no option to choose more than one primary key.

Feature exists.
Mark the rows together (use shift-key or ctrl-key), right-click and choose item
"Primary key".
