CreateIndexTask looks at the "default.codec" option and ultimately calls Codec.setDefault(...).  However that only applies to IndexWriterConfig's created _after_ this point in time, but the IndexWriterConfig here was already created. This fix is to simply call iwc.setCodec(codec).
