[PATCH] Further migration to SDO2

The DAS still contains some references to EMF. This patch clears up a few
more.

Hi Brent,

To get away from EMF, you should change things like this:

                ChangeSummarySettingImpl setting = 
(ChangeSummarySettingImpl) i
                                .next();
 -              if (setting.getFeature() instanceof EReference) {
+               if (setting.getFeature() instanceof ReferenceImpl) {

to:

                ChangeSummary.Setting setting = 
(ChangeSummary.Setting)i.next():
                if (!setting.getProperty().getType().isDataType()) {

I think casting to SDO impl classes (like ReferenceImpl) is not much 
better than referencing EMF.
