Saving from AOO 4.1.3 on Mac OS X 10.10.5 to MS Word 2010

Hello fellow OpenOffice fans,

I have to help a friend with re working a MS Word 2010 .docx file (containing a inserted .jpg file) in AOO 4.1.3 and saving the resulting modified file into the same .docx format.

The nearest “Save As” options are: Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)   or
Microsoft Word 95 (.doc)   or
Microsoft Word 6.0 (.doc)   or
Microsoft Word 2003 XML (.xml).

I am grateful for any advice members may have to offer.
