1.6.0 is live

Congrats everyone. 1.6.0 is live.

I have the files on github at http://github.com/phonegap/phonegap and can
be downloaded from PhoneGap.com.

I also have the mock apache release files over at
http://people.apache.org/~steven/cordova1.6.0/

If a mentor could review the mock apache release files, it would be great.
Need to know if these files are ready to be an official release or what
steps are still required.
