This PR is just a bunch of cleanup for the data loader flow. I went over it with a fine comb, making sure that every step is consistent and that the blurbs and the doc links are up to date.
Notable changes:
- Cleaned up the UX (and code structure) with a simple `specPreview` that is uniform between views and is waiting to get applied to the spec.
- Cleaned up the sampler calling code (removed a bunch of hacky `setTimeout`s)
- Added a `Learn more` button to every blurb
- Fixed a bug in ArrayInput
- Made sure that the selection behavior is consistent across views
- Made the `Parse time` step less agro and scrary
The changes are visually minor but every step was improved in some way; here is an example of a view that got a lot of love
