The code attached is capable of generating XML in/out model code for Axis2/C with following known issues
1. The code doesnt identify correct Message exchange patterns - Check the jira 228
2. Support only for wsdl 1.1
3. Types (i.e. axiom_node_t* ) are hard coded, not using a type mapper yet.
4. No extension engaged. This would only be required when this is fixed for data binding
5. Use seperate string utility class. I suggest these function should be added to common util folder.
