Initial version of the cartridge agent committed to git with commit revision 76067d930e404e7171b7f216c2a730f2c5fde650.

> The initial idea was to write the cartridge agent in Python. However since it is taking more time than expected we are writing the agent in Java to demonstrate the other features of Stratos. At some point of the project life cycle will try to replace this with the proper python based client.
