Feedback derby_downloads.html

Hi,

Trying to get a copy of derby dev trunk via svn, I find an error on this
page (http://incubator.apache.org/derby/derby_downloads.html)

The svn command line specifyied is:
svn checkout http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/derby/code/trunk/

But the apache subversion repository doesn't seem to accept request from
http protocol. I succeed to get it by https:
svn checkout https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/derby/code/trunk/

If this problem is confirmed, this issue should be corrected. Hoping
this could help.

I think Jean changed that one time, possibly it snuck back in or she 
missed one.

But yes, https is correct.  Perhaps Jean can change it to https:    :-)  
Thanks for pointing that out, as that is a show stopper when trying to 
get the source.
