It [seems|https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/8299#issuecomment-2814875144] tests are broken by MCOMPILER-205. Created a new task for your change of replacing hard-coded namespace URL {{http://s3.amazonaws.com/doc/2006-03-01/}} with constant {{S3Consts.S3_XML_NAMESPACE}}: HDDS-12867.
