abs() with constant expected to be HQC cacheable and parameterized,

>From hqc log:

HQC::AddEntry():
SQL query=select ABS(a) from g00;
HQC key=SELECT ABS ( A ) FROM G00 ;

Not HQC Cacheable but added to SQC:
SQL query=select ABS(-100) from g00;
HQC key=SELECT ABS ( - 100 ) FROM G00 ;
