According to [https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.11/ops/deployment/native_kubernetes.html#accessing-job-manager-ui] 's LoadBalancer section I use the following cmd

kubectl get services/cluster-id

But I could not get the EXTERNAL-IP it always non
