[RESULT [VOTE] Please approve Tuscany SCA Java 1.0.1-incubating release

Hi,

I'm glad to conclude that the release is now passed with +1s from the 
following IPMC members:

Kevan Miller
Craig L Russell
Ant Elder
Matthieu Riou

No -1 or 0 votes.
