[jira] [Created] (ARGUS-103) Policy already exists error when
saving Hive policy
Velmurugan Periasamy created ARGUS-103:
------------------------------------------
Summary: Policy already exists error when saving Hive policy
Key: ARGUS-103
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARGUS-103
Project: Argus
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Velmurugan Periasamy
Assignee: Velmurugan Periasamy
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start to create a new policy named 'test1;. select database as 'a' and table as 'b'. Save the policy.
2) Open this newly created/saved policy for edit. Change the table name to 'c' and try to save it.
Expected behavior:
Policy should be saved.
Actual behavior:
Returns an error "policy already exists with name test1". However this is inconsistent.
Need to fix inconsistent behavior.
