I think it will make sense to create an [outreachy-mentor@diversity.apache.org|mailto:outreachy-mentor@diversity.apache.org] or mentor@diversity.apache.org

The list should also be private just like how [mentor@community.apache.org|mailto:mentor@community.apache.org] which is used by GSoC mentors.
