SUSE 11 SP3 密码重置功能问题

有人在SUSE 11 SP3中安装过密码重置服务么？我这里为什么密码重置服务启动不了
呢，系统启动日志中错误如下

Failed services in runlevel 3: cloud-set-guest-password

 

文件有可执行权限。
