rel=nofollow

The attached patch adds support for rel=nofollow.  Links which specify 
this are ignored.  Any objections to committing this?

I was recently thinking about adding support for rel="tag" attribute (à la
technorati), and more genraly add an extension-point
for micro-formats support (see
http://developers.technorati.com/wiki/MicroFormats about micro-formats).
Does it makes sense?
