Soap Security

Hi,

I'm pretty new to using this soap api and I have just a couple 
questions.  Is there a security mechanism for restricting deployments 
through the the rpcrouter servlet?  I was deploying under a command line 
with a DeploymentDescriptor.xml last night without needing any 
authentication/authorization.  I can't just restrict the path to the 
rpcrouter cuz that'll cause everyone to authenticate for the web service..

Can someone help me?
