Generating HTML with HTML:tags within from xsl

Having a problem generating html from a XSL transformation which I want to
contain Struts html:tags (html:form, html:text,...). I get:

javax.servlet.ServletException:
javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException:
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The
prefix "html" for element "html:form" is not bound.



So how do i bound it??
