+1 for SimpleConsensus.

Cassandra has a similar `SimpleStrategy`.

OneCopy may be ambiguous. SimpleConsensus naming is friendly for new user.

OneCopy may cause confuse, Users may treat one replica as OneCopy.

Or treat OneCopy as two replicas ( one primary + one copy)
