[VOTE][EMAIL] Release Commons-Email 1.0

Dear community,

Commons Email is now ready for release. The code is stable, all bugs fixed,
and the unit tests all run. Additionally the various licensing issues with
the Sun jars and Dumbster have been resolved.

I have created Release Candidate 1 distributions using Maven dist, they are
available here: http://www.apache.org/~epugh/email/distributions and the
site docs are available at http://www.apache.org/~epugh/email/docs.

Votes, please. Voting will last at least 72 hours. Thanks.

---------------------------------------------------------------
[ ] +1 I support this release and am willing to help
[ ] +0 I support this release but am unable to help
  [ ] -0 I do not support this release
[ ] -1 I do not support this release, and here are my reasons
---------------------------------------------------------------

Here is my +1.

Eric

RE: [VOTE][EMAIL] Release Commons-Email 1.0

I checked a couple other of the mavenized projects, and they didn't seem to
put NOTICE.txt in the distribution. Primarily because the primary
distribution method seems to by just putting out a jar file and syncing that
to ibiblio.

Dion, I did try to get NOTICE.TXT in the dist, instead of putting it in the
jar file in the distribution, but no luck. Is there something obvious I am
missing?

Shouldn't NOTICE.TXT be in the distribution?

I apologise for the delay, I had an unexpected trip to take. At this point
I have updated the jar file in the distributions to have the NOTICE.txt, and
renamed them commons-email-rc2.

If Stephen changes his -1 to a +1 then I count 5 +1's and 2 +0's, and would
like to move to an immediate release in 24 hours.

Please add NOTICE.txt to all zip files and the jar file.
