Comanche 0.4

Comanche 0.4a is ready at

http://www.esi.us.es/~ridruejo/comanche

Changes:

0.4a Added unsupported widget. Unsupported directives may be parsed,
modified and written back. This is a temporary fix until they are properly
implemented, but allow use of Comanche for people who use Limit, Files and
custom modules directives
