 As discussed on the [http://markmail.org/message/jpifjr4qeicvfhss mailing
 list], and seen in t:#11147, tickets generated from //Create// button on
 the Internal Error page are posted to trac.edgewall.org. In cases that the
 error occurs in a plugin, it appears that the ticket may be created on
 trac-hacks.org. The purpose of this ticket is to modify the behavior so
 that all tickets will be created on https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound.

Comment (by rjollos):

 t:#11120 shows one way to produce a traceback for the purpose of testing,
 using the relative URL `/search?q=fred&noquickjump=notanint`.

 Refs #503: Send error reports to `issues.apache.org/bloodhound` rather
 than `trac.edgewall.org`.
