upgrade from 4.16.0 to 4.16.1
##### CONFIGURATION
advanced networking
##### OS / ENVIRONMENT
Centos7
##### SUMMARY
I have one management server and 3 zones : zone1 , zone2 and zone3. each zone has a separate secondary(1,2,3) storage and a separate kvm(1,2,3).
before upgrade I uploaded systemvm-kvm-4.16.1 kvm template on each zone.
after upgrade only zone3 shows console proxy and storage vm under systemvms.
I didn't use URL and upload the systemvm-kvm-4.16.1 from local storage.
..
I tried to /usr/share/cloudstack-common/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt as well , mounted each secondary nfs share on management. command went fine but nothing happens.
any suggestion how to proceed now?

imported old database backup and restarted the server and it got fixed. systemvm template was automatically created on all zones.
