Summary: patch for various bugs in CForms Samples
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current SVN 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CocoonForms
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: h.vanderlinden@mi.unimaas.nl

- added "back to samples" to each sample page
- fixed localization samples
- added "legend" text to dreamteam sample to clarify top block of text
- fixed localization of Calendar image alt attribute
- added Greek message files
- changed datachooser sample to start with empty selectionlist. Please leave in
the comment on how to set it to an initial value.

Note: I have added extra items in the OtherMessages.xml files. Please leave them
in as I am working on a rewrite of the form1 sample using more localized fields.

I'm not sure how much time I will have over the weekend to finish the rest, so
here's a patchfile that addresses the bugs above.
