I ran the same tests against ActiveMQ 5.8 with Pure Master/Slave setup and
all messages in Queue were received by the consumer after failover.  So it
seemed that the lost message problem was introduced after version 5.8.

However with ActiveMQ 5.8, not all persistent Topic messages were delivered
to durable consumers regardless there was failover involved or not.
