   Currently, converting `TableFunctionScan` to sql is not supported, doing this will cause exception.
   Please refer to [CALCITE-3481](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-3481) for more details.
   
   This PR tries to implement the function, adding support to convert `TableFunctionScan` to `SqlNode`.
