Currently, in the cache refresh mechanism, each registry node will start a pull consumer to consume messages to synchronize the local cache. However, if the user does not specifically configure the startup variable, the same consumerGroup is used, which means each node will lose some schema data.
Therefore, each registry node needs to be supported to start consumption with a different consumerGroup.
