I just downloaded the 1.2.6 source code distribution, and the src/share
directory is there, along with org/apache/struts, etc. as I would expect from
the 1.1 final release.  However, the source code itself is missing :)

I apologize in advance if someone already reported this, but I couldn't find it
on BugZilla or the dev mailing list
