[~hemanthng]I finally figure out a graceful way of supporting complicated policy template without customizing specified UI. We can provide a feature in UI to import pre-defined policy, for example copy a file or delete a folder etc. Those predefined policies can be hosted in Eagle source code in some directory like externalPolices and can be in the format of pure JSON. Let me your thoughts.

> In HDFS policy creation page, User should have option to select policy to either file or folder.
> If user selects file. He will have following monitoring options for a file.

> If user selects Folder. He will have following monitoring options for a Folder. 
> 1) Alert when files in folder are opened 2) Alert when files in folder are updated 3) Alert when files in folder are deleted
> Rest of the options like user,host etc should be available for user to select.
