[Info] Release of Project POM 35 - take 2

Hi,

I'd like to release our project POM 35. Changes include:
* Updates checkstyle configuration
* Updated committers and PMCs info
* Bumped to ASF parent 17
* Bumped many plugin versions - except maven-bundle-plugin

The tag is here:

The staging repository is here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachedirectory-1039

I'll continue to release the staging repository after the grace period
of 4 hours.
